Clearance & Consulting:

Remote Location Filing: 

Our brokers have the national permits & computer technology necessary to qualify for remote location filing, which means we can file data for clients from any location in a timely manner, regardless of the imported goods’ port of entry. This helps us streamline the shipping process for many of our clients. But pay attention that for shipments classified into yellow or red lines, client shall need to send us paper documents to submit to Custom office.

Cargo Manifest: 

If you are shipping international ocean cargo, you are subject to Cargo Manifest rules. This means that at least 48 hours before ocean vessel arrived in a Vietnam port, your shipment's information must  be submitted to Vietnam Customs Office. At 5S Logistics, we have ample experience in Cargo Manifest rules, and we will ensure that the required information gets to Customs Office on time. This is a free service we provide to agents who send shipments to us.
